By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. mbs66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
3.3 KYC Verification. mbs66 is required under international gaming authority regulations to verify member identity before processing withdrawals. Members must submit valid government-issued identification (Malaysian MyKad or valid passport) and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during registration and to promptly update such information should it change. mbs66 accepts no liability for losses arising from a member's failure to maintain accurate account details.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The Platform is intended for use by eligible players accessing it from permitted jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mbs66 does not offer services to persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbs66 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify mbs66 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. mbs66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your account credentials.
4.2 Personal Use Only. Your mbs66 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to use your account credentials to access the Platform. Transfer of account ownership is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or financial activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. mbs66 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. mbs66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Cryptocurrency (USDT). Supported methods are subject to change; current options are displayed within the member wallet interface at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the withdrawal interface. mbs66 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds with prior notice to members.
5.3 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals are subject to identity and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the member's own name. Third-party transfers are not permitted. Processing times are subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution and are typically completed within ten (10) minutes for eWallet withdrawals under normal conditions.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. mbs66 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. mbs66 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for transactions above specified thresholds and to delay or decline transactions that raise compliance concerns. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
5.5 Transaction Fees. mbs66 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Members are responsible for any fees levied by their own financial institution or eWallet provider in connection with transactions.
6.1 General. mbs66 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements applicable to each promotion as communicated at the time of offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms. mbs66 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.
6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one claim per household address, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses on multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
6.4 Abuse & Arbitrage. mbs66 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any activity designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Account suspension may follow such determination.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the mbs66 Platform are subject to the relevant game or sport-specific rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. mbs66 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving system errors, manifest pricing errors, or suspicious betting patterns.
7.2 Manifest Errors. Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in odds, stake limits, or game outcome data, mbs66 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the member's account. mbs66 will not honour winnings derived from manifest pricing or system errors.
7.3 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are offered subject to real-time data feeds. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined — regardless of whether the Platform has updated to reflect that outcome — will be voided. Latency in data transmission does not create a right to retain winnings from such bets.
7.4 Game Outcomes. For live casino games, outcomes are determined by physical equipment in a certified live studio environment. For RNG-based games, outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator and are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to mbs66 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

All content on the mbs66 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software interfaces, and database compilations, is the intellectual property of mbs66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No licence or right is granted to any member to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mbs66.
10.1 The mbs66 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10.2 mbs66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of business opportunity.
10.3 mbs66's aggregate liability to any member for direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their mbs66 account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by mbs66's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Upon termination for cause, mbs66 may, subject to applicable law, withhold outstanding account balances pending investigation.
12.2 By Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting mbs66 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be either completed or the bonus funds forfeited. Real Money Funds remaining in the account following completion of verification will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mbs66 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be first referred to mbs66's internal dispute resolution process. Members must submit any formal complaint to mbs66 customer support in writing, detailing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. mbs66 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority as specified in mbs66's licensing conditions. Decisions of the designated dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties.
mbs66 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
